Esra worked with different cultures and managed several recruitment processes of leading local and international companies as a certified Assessor of PSI Services LLC. Started her HR career in Logistics sector, in one of the biggest logistics service providers in Turkey; Reysas Logistics. Pursued a career in HR and joined Akenerji, a group company of Akkök Holding. After several years of experience in energy sector, she moved to Divan Hotels where she acquired tourism industry experience. Aiming to have production experience, she joined Polisan a well-known paint manufacturer in Turkey. Also worked in retail sector, Domino’s Pizza which is one of the world’s leader pizza delivery company. She gained experience in HR implementations of the aviation sector in Atlas Global Airlines. During her experience in Hobby Cosmetics (A Dabur International Enterprise) she had the chance learn the dynamics of cosmetics sector. Her last corporate experience was Akkon Lines which is a shipping line company with 20 local offices around the world.
Shas bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University, Western Language and Literature. Continues to work as a volunteer at TEGV and YenidenBiz.
She speaks English and Spanish.
She is passionate about bringing in her experience to enable talent for succeed of companies in need and support them in their ongoing, interim and project based HR processes.
NİHAN ÇETİNTEMEL BEKİROĞLU
Freelance Senior HR Consultant
Nihan started her HR career in Doğuş Group, one of the biggest local group companies in Turkey. She pursued a career in hospitality sector in Divan, part of Koç Group companies. During this long experience also participated in HR operations of production processes of Divan Patisseries. Her last corporate experience was HR management of Divan İstanbul City Hotel where she had the chance to learn the dynamics of Hotel Management.
Nihan has bachelor’s degree from Kocaeli University, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and master’s degree from Marmara University, Management and Organization.
She speaks English.
